- 140.B SbomService – Advisory AI, console, and orchestrator tracks stay TODO; SBOM-SERVICE-21-001..004 remain BLOCKED waiting for Concelier Link-Not-Merge (
CONCELIER-GRAPH-21-001) plus Cartographer schema (CARTO-GRAPH-21-002), and AirGap parity must be re-validated once schemas land.
