- Tests live in `src/JobEngine/StellaOps.JobEngine/StellaOps.JobEngine.Tests` and `src/JobEngine/StellaOps.JobEngine.WorkerSdk.Python/stellaops_jobengine_worker/tests`.
- Cover scheduling, retries, and idempotent execution.
