## E2E Test Plan
- Verify `stella proof verify --bundle <path>` works with valid and invalid bundles
- Test offline mode (`--offline`) skips Rekor verification
- Test JSON output format (`--output json`)
- Verify proof chain page renders in Web UI
- Validate proof spine and proof tree components display correctly
