Changes:
- Set TreatWarningsAsErrors=true for all production .NET projects
- Fixed nullable warnings in Scanner.EntryTrace, Scanner.Evidence,
Scheduler.Worker, Concelier connectors, and other modules
- Injected TimeProvider/IGuidProvider for deterministic time/ID generation
- Added path traversal validation in AirGap.Bundle
- Fixed NULL handling in various cursor classes
- Third-party GostCryptography retains TreatWarningsAsErrors=false (preserves original)
- Test projects excluded per user decision (rejected decision 10)
Note: All 17 ACSC connector tests pass after snapshot fixture sync
- Implemented ReachabilityCenterComponent for displaying asset reachability status with summary and filtering options.
- Added ReachabilityWhyDrawerComponent to show detailed reachability evidence and call paths.
- Created unit tests for both components to ensure functionality and correctness.
- Updated accessibility test results for the new components.
- Added `LedgerMetrics` class to record write latency and total events for ledger operations.
- Created comprehensive tests for Ruby packages endpoints, covering scenarios for missing inventory, successful retrieval, and identifier handling.
- Introduced `TestSurfaceSecretsScope` for managing environment variables during tests.
- Developed `ProvenanceMongoExtensions` for attaching DSSE provenance and trust information to event documents.
- Implemented `EventProvenanceWriter` and `EventWriter` classes for managing event provenance in MongoDB.
- Established MongoDB indexes for efficient querying of events based on provenance and trust.
- Added models and JSON parsing logic for DSSE provenance and trust information.
