+  - `stella vex ingest init` -- initialize VEX ingest state
+  - `stella vex ingest pull --provider <name> --from <date> --to <date>` -- pull VEX statements from provider
+  - `stella vex ingest pull --force` -- force re-pull all statements
+  - `stella vex ingest export` -- export ingested VEX data
